DepressionDiaries: An awesome weekend

Yesterday evening I came home from my weekend away in Somerset. It was much better than I expected it to be, My dad’s girlfriend and I didn’t talk much so she didn’t bother me and my half brother wasn’t so aggressive because he was kept busy and didn’t have time to do any gaming (and I think he may have learned from when he hit me last time)

When we got there on the Friday  we explored the environment and came across a fun fair. My half brother and I went on rides together, we squirted each other with water on the Crazy boats, crashed around on the dodgems, sored high on this ride that lifted you up and gently spun you around and we nearly puked on the Twister. It was the most fun I’ve had in ages and I felt like a kid again.

On Saturday we went to a place called Tropicquaria  where I got to hold a snake! I worked on my photography there because there were so many animals to take pictures of, we also went to the puppet show that was there.

Yesterday (sunday) on our way home we went to a place called Wookey Hole where we explored the Wookey caves 200ft underground. There was a dinosaur exhibit there which my half brother loved and I had my first 4D cinema experience!

Fair to say, it was a great weekend I was sort of down at times because I wish my mum had been there with dad instead of his girlfriend but, What can you do?

I set up a gallery in this blog’s footer which shows my favourite pictures I took on this weekend away. Please feel free to check them out and I hope you like them.

I’m glad you had a good weekend. 🙂 4D is fantastic right? I went to go watch X-Men: Apocolypse in 4D… The first 10 minutes I suffered from motion sickness, but I just breathed through it and it passed. Then it was just fun. 🙂 Your photo’s are awesome! ❤
