About/Contact

I am a young adult who left college early due to depression. I have also been recently diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, This blog gives insight into my life with these conditions and how they affect my journey through life. Finding a job, going to a new college and learning about what kind of person I am and what matters to me.

I try and be as realistic as possible in my writing and tell things like it is, at least from my perspective. I tend not to write in anger as I can be quite nasty when I’m angry and don’t want to upset people, so sometimes I will draft a post then edit it when I’m calmer before publishing or maybe not publish it at all. If anything I write does offend or upset you then don’t hesitate to tell me (no swearing or insults though or I won’t take your view seriously, constructive feedback only please)

You can now contact me via email it is Normalis2Mainstream@outlook.com and I have added the contact form below to hopefully make getting in touch easier.

I hope my blog will help you feel less alone or understand what it’s like to have depression and BPD. Thank you very much for reading ❤

  1. Love this blog! I’ve recently got better from my mental illness so if you need any tips or tricks, head this way. It’s always hard to dig yourself out a mental hole but I promise things get better, the key thing is optimism. My blog helps me to express myself and honestly it’s a really good kind of therapy, so keep at it ❤

  3. I love your tagline! Very cool.

So glad to read that your back in college. It took me 10 years and 5 different schools to finish my BA as I struggled with my own PSTD issues. I only mention this to let you know your in good company.

I’m new to blogging myself. I hope you find whatever is helpful and affirming in your writing.

Be well and hang in there!

Unfortunately I left my new college recently because of health problems that affected my learning but they said they would welcome me back when I’m ready and i would like to go back there one day as it was a good college 🙂 those 10 years must have been tough but well done on getting through it! Let me know if you ever need my assistance I’ll be happy to help in any way I can as I remember being a newbie to blogging (I guess i still am sort of lol) ❤ xx
